Registration

Registration for ICDVRAT with ArtAbilitation 2008 is now open. The conference rates are available as "Full Programme", available to all with a discount for students, or as a Reduced Programme heavily discounted student rate. Summary information is given below. Full Programme Delegates

Full Programme delegate registration will be offered at the following rates: standard or student. There is an "early bird" discounted rate for those registering before 15^th July. All Full Programme delegates will be provided with a Conference Proceedings Book and CD with the Conference Archive papers (1996-2008), lunches (Mon-Wed), coffee breaks, Conference Reception and Conference Banquet. Delegates will also be allowed access to the World Music Day Rehearsals at the Casa da Musica as part of the Conference Closing Session. Delegates will also have an opportunity to register (free of charge) for the following Art, Brain & Languages conference on Thursday and Friday.

Full Programme Registration before 15^th July:

• Standard Delegate: 325 €
• Student Delegate: 250 €

Full Programme Registration after 15^th July:

• Standard Delegate: 425 €
• Student Delegate: 350 €

Student Discounted Registration

An further discounted student rate is available for any full-time student registered at a University, College, or Polytechnic Institute in their country of residence. It is limited to access to the sessions, coffees and a CD Proceedings.

For all student registrations proof of eligibility is required when registering.

• Student Discount (after 15^th July): 80 €

Partner Programme

Partner tickets can accompany a Full Programme delegate for access to sessions, coffees, lunches, reception and banquet.

• Partner Ticket (before 15^th July): 65 €
• Partner Ticket (after 15^th July): 85 €

Payment of Registration Fees

All delegates are required to register through the Portuguese Conference Office.

The preferred method of payment is by Bank Transfer direct to the Portuguese Organisers.

For those who find Bank Trasfer difficult, payment may also be made by credit card through the University of Reading, UK. Please note, however, that this method requires payment in UK Pounds which will subsequently have to be transferred into Euros incurring additional costs. Hence the exchange rate for credit card payments will not be as favourable as direct bank transfer. Please bank transfer if you can.

Author Registration

To avoid gaps in the presentations at this plenary conference the conference requires that each paper is represented by a (Full Programme) registered delegate.
